Sequel’s responsiveness to your needs is strengthened by our 24/7 telephone support. We roster out of hours support with our Care Managers and Coordinators, as we understand that emergencies happen often when you least expect them.

Your out-of-hours call will always be answered by a Sequel employee with access to your loved one’s records. This guarantees our response to your call will be quick and efficient. You will not have to waste valuable time explaining “who you are, where you are from…”
