Continuous improvement is integral to our way of doing business.

As part of our program we monitor our performance, both as individuals and as a team,  just to see how we are going. The judges we use who are in the best position to evaluate us are our customers. We survey our clients to canvass their perception of our performance in meeting and exceeding their needs.

Any complaint raised is immediately taken on board, investigated, discussed, and where appropriate, action is taken to implement a resolution. The customer who raised the complaint is always informed of the outcome. Any learnings that come out of the process are incorporated into our way of doing business.
